Sub pages don't exist

Hello

None of the links in the contents work, they all 404. It looks only the front page is in the git repo. Eg this one 404's:

https://github.com/leehambley/capistrano-handbook/blob/master/simple_the_way_it_should_be

Otherwise this looks very promising as capistrano's documentation otherwise seems to pretty much not exist any any one place.

Jesse, Unfortunately with no community contributions, and no free time I lost interest in writing the handbook. Sorry! It remains now only in the hope that some people will find some value in it.

Unfortunately Jesse there's only the links, I always intended to write more, but couldn't drum up any sort of feedback (good, or bad) about the handbook! (I really ought to make a mailing list, and invite people to encourage me with words, to keep writing, and share updates.)

The trend of self-published books lately shows that there might be a market for this kind of handbook which was well written.
