401 Not authorized - Could not embed a video - Cache is not updated?

First of all thank you for this tool. It works great.

Unfortunately, we currently have an issue that a video is not embedded correctly. During our test of the website the video was set to private and therefore was not embedded (which I would say is correct). We updated the setting of the video on Youtube to public now but still get a message "401 Not authorized" from nombed. It looks like that there is a Varnish Cache and we are wondering the cache gets updated or if it is another issue.

When we add a parameter (which has no function) to the URL it is working.

Can somebody help me on this?
