Can't download due virus detection

https://lee-soft.com/files/windows-desktop-launcher-vipad.exe can't download via chrome - detects a virus. Is there an explanation why this happens or it actually contains virus?

The source code is here, you are welcome to read and compile it if you're worried about viruses. The latest release on GitHub is compiled against the code you see here.

Windows Defender also block it. Detection type returned is : "SoftwareBundler:Win32/Stallmonitz"

The release (2020/03/30) don't start on my Win10. I just have this error image

I think there's some information missing on how to compile these sources. I tried to open it with VB6, but it can't load ctl files...
