Paid invoice shows "Remaining balance"

What happened?

This invoice is paid (but nothing has yet been 'approved' [mostly because I can't figure out how to approve them!]):

However, "Total paid" shows as zero, and "Remaining balance" as $125

What should have happened?

If it's paid (even if not approved) the remaining balance should be zero. Trial balance and reconciliation reports show it as paid.

Hopefully, you can provide the steps needed to reproduce the error.

I simply "Search" in AR, and select an invoice. Paid or not, it always shows 0 for "Total Paid", and the invoice total as "remaining balance"
