Change of Typesetting Engine to Typst

I am finding Typst extremely fast and quite easy to template. I use it in shell scripts a lot.

I also note at least 2 invoice templates in the Typst Universe.

Would that not be something to look at, perhaps as option?

Hi!

Thanks for the suggestion. I've created a PR which adds support for running an external rendering process on fully generated textual input coming from a template. That should allow you to use Typst or any other typesetting tool or language.

This change will be included in 1.12.
