LedgerSMB Entering new Service item, form fails to retain settings on Update

This problem isn't browser related

What happened?

Setting up a new service item, unchecking either of the Tax boxes, on clicking Update the original default checked conditions return

What should have happened?

On clicking Update the set conditions should be retained

Hi. Thanks for reporting. Would it be possible to include a screen recording? I'd like to be able to verify I'm executing the same steps to reproduce.

Note the checkbox against the Tax - GST Output; these are before and after clicking Update, the checkbox has come back on
