What happened?

The Tax field is not included in the reportable selection options in the Goods & Services Search screen.

What should have happened?

Include Tax field in included reportable selection in Goods & Services Search

Just to make sure what's intended here: do you mean you'd like to see a column with the applicable tax accounts? Or do you mean you'd like to see a column per tax account and a checkmark in the cells where the tax+part combination is enabled?
