SC Account Creation - Doesn't output error if transaction fails

If I try to create a new account using https://steemconnect.com/accounts/create and I do not have enough liquid STEEM in my account, or I pick a username that already exists, there is no error message or indication that anything went wrong after I sign the transaction. It just takes me back to a blank https://steemconnect.com/accounts/create page.
