Cash-Flow-Statement

Hi Armaghan,

As discussed recently over Slack we want to create a Cash-Flow-Statement feature in SQL-Ledger.

The base for this will be a new Cash-Flow-Statement module, which will be similar to the current chart of accounts module.

Please add such a feature where we can start by adding headings for the totals and classifications for the subordinated accounts. Each classification should also contain a sign showing + (plus) or - (minus) for the computation.

Perhaps something like this:

This will be enough for us to get started.
