Hi Armaghan,

please add this gifi accounts drill down feature (https://github.com/ledger123/ledger123/commit/e1ce38b282e47f1862de3f4f31d92f8e075f40ef) to rma repository.

And please fix "Cash Method" drill down (https://github.com/ledger123/ledger123/commit/2625d11f89208f21895637ddcb698ce48e574374) from income statement to show correct figures (see below).
