  1. Implement missing redo command
  2. Correctly read input from current buffer like ledger-check-buffer's docstring says
  3. Improve window handling logic
  4. Derive major mode from special-mode

Marking this PR as a draft because I'd like to discuss in #450 whether we should actually just remove this mode in favor of implementing something via ledger-reports.
