feat: support multi tracker

[HGST-Ultrastar]

The original method of obtaining torrent trackers had a limitation with multiple trackers. The new approach uses both the QB API and TR RPC to obtain tracker addresses and tiers simultaneously, while preserving all of the original trackers.
