GPUdirect

I have seen that udp_capture block has a provision for the use Mellanox VMA library that help to speed up the adquisition of udp packets. However, I cannot see any reference to GPUdirect rdma to accelerate the communication between the network card and the GPU. Can GPUdirect be used in Bifrost?

I certainly agree that gpudirect from NIC to GPU would be amazing, but at the moment this is not implemented (@benbarsdell please correct if wrong)
