+ comparison to notedown in README

I'm curious how this tool compares with the seemingly similar notedown package. I'm just scratching the surface, but both appear to share goals. I think a section in the readme discussing pros/cons of this package against the more popular alternative would be beneficial for newbies to this like me.

This code pre-dated the robust R Markdown ecosystem and free GitHub pages (which allow you to host rendered RMD files), and was meant as a bridging tool to convert RMD files to notebooks so tutorials could be hosted on GitHub.

I did a scan at the time this code was developed and could not find a lot of options for the RMD to IPY conversion, so this was a nice tool for a short time. Once the RMD functionality expanded I stopped maintaining this code and have not used it much since.

So without a lot of knowledge of the notedown package, I would suspect it has a lot more functionality. You are free to adapt this code if useful, but I am not actively maintaining it at this point.
