v3.0.1 isn't supporting click outside

auto close works, but not the click outside clickover. Previous patches I've read here don't apply to 3.0.1 bootstrap code.

I am using clickover with Bootstrap 3.1.1 and seems to be working fine. I only have one instance of clickover at the moment so I havent tested it extensively but the click anywhere close option is working, which is the reason I wanted it
