Added support for reading compressed/.gz files

Added support for reading compressed files when using --no-follow flag in conjuction with --access-log. This is useful for reviewing past logs.

@mikepietruszka can you redirect this PR to my fork? I think the owner has abandoned this project. I would like to keep it alive as this is a very useful tool. maybe I would enhance it a bit with itertools and other additional functionality for quick indexing and searching ability.
