User unable to connect a dapp to Ledger may need to restore Leather with ledger instead: add 5th guide to list

I have seen two cases where the solution was to sign out on the extension and then set up the wallet again with the Ledger device. My suspicion is that users may have been using two ledger devices and got them confused.

Reproduce this "issue"

1. Sign in on a dapp with one ledger device
2. Then disconnect Ledger device 1, and connect ledger device 2
3. Create a transaction with that dapp and try to sign it
4. See this error:

Solve by connecting ledger device 1 again or sign out on leather and connect ledger device 1.

Possible solution to help the user in cases like this, add this as a fifth option

Restore your Leather, sign out via the top right corner menu and then reconnect your ledger device.
