This being reported by users unable to send BTC due to Leather protecting inscribed UTXOs.

Also causing an incorrect BTC balance to display.

Upon verification, BIS and Ordinals.com returned same data

Solution: Attempt to regenerate transaction with uninscribed UTXOs, and if can't be regenerated, list out inscriptions with links in the error message
