Continue/sign button does nothing when custom Stacks fee has too many decimals

Reproduction steps

  1. Create any Stacks transaction
  2. Set a custom fee with a 7 decimals
  3. Try to continue or sign the transaction
  4. See problem... Nothing happens

An error should be thrown or the custom fee field shouldn't allow over 6 decimals.
