Ledger "your Ledger has disconnected" 100% of times when trying to sign a transaction on a dapp
The user reporting this has already done some extensive troubleshooting covering all the reasons we commonly see this with here are some quotes:
The issue I'm facing is that although the wallet successfully connects to my ledger, it disconnects or indicates that it is disconnected right before I'm about to confirm a transaction. I've observed this problem consistently across any stacks application.
_The user tried this on multiple computers, including both Windows, Linux and Chrome systems. Unfortunately, the issue persists across all of them.
I've also experimented with different USB cables and even tried both wired and wireless connections for my Ledger X and S. Despite these attempts, the error message remains consistent.
To provide you with more information, I am using the Ledger Nano X and S model, which includes a USB-C and USB ports._
I have also tried this with VPN and virus/malware scanner off with the same issue, and I turned all other wallets off. Only the browser also
The user is also connecting with Ledger to check if there is anything on their end that could cause this.
@kyranjamie do you have any additional thoughts, on what could cause this? Are there any additional logs I can help the user obtain to help troubleshoot this?
I have only seen one case like this, that is why I think it may still be a local problem causing this. It is odd though that it is consistent under all these circumstances (different computers and ledger devices and cables/interfaces).
