Make more helpful error message when Ledger is started with wrong app.

  1. Restore wallet with Ledger

  2. Start ledger, start other app then Stacks (for example Bitcoin)

  3. Click Connect and see this error "unknown Status Code 28160": image

It think in this case we would help the user better if we show the same error as we do when no app is selected: image

By the way I got a report from a user that the second attempt (click connect) after getting the message above they got a different error (when no app was started): image

How would the connection get lost? I was unable to reproduce this last bit myself.
