Visual for when a user completes stacking flow

When a user completes the stacking flow, either by stacking in a pool or stacking by themselves, we have a moment to:

• provide feedback that they started stacking
• celebrate!

This part can be fun/exciting and is a place where we can really add some personality in this otherwise dry product. As a draft, I've added confetti, but what we do is completely up to you.

Important to note that, once a user has broadcast a stacking transaction, it could be tens of seconds to minutes before this transaction is confirmed.

Consider states for:

• Stacking transaction failed
• Pending stacking tx, in mempool
• Confirmed stacking tx
