Redesign homepage layout

The wallet homepage is looking increasingly cluttered. This was designed a year ago, hasn't seen any design updates, and we keep adding stuff to it.

One idea I have are adding a side menu. This would add some body to the layout and enable us to remove links that are scattered across to the menu, will make it look more clean.

Another upgrade to the layout would be changing the two columns we have (stacking card and balance+transactions). The layout looks off when you don't have many transactions because the right column is much longer.
