Optimize Desktop Password Requirements to Reduce Frequency and Eliminate Unnecessary Prompts.

  • Remove Password Requirements for Transactions and Receiving Address Display.
  • Introduce single password entry upon launch (similar to extension).

With this enhancement, the wallet would also have to start locked. Currently, the wallet always starts as unlocked because signing a transaction requires a password.

+1, I'm of the opinion this is both less secure, and a worse user experience
