[WIP] Add support for private redirecting link for studio admin

Summary

This PR introduces a new feature that allows Studio administrators to generate and share private redirecting links for channels.

Hey @MisRob, Yes, I’m planning to get this done. I couldn’t spend much time on it last month as I was focused on my GSoC proposal. Now that it’s out of the way, I’ll be picking this up and finishing it soon.
