Dropdown Arrow Button doesn't work properly
Observed behavior
The dropdown arrow doesn't close the menu Screencast from 2024-04-27 19-22-44.webm
Expected behavior
The Up-Arrow Button should close the dropdown menu
User-facing consequences
The user when tries to use the arrow button to access the dropdown button, by instinct clicks it again for the dropdown menu to be removed but this doesnot happen. Clicking on the empty parts of the screen closes it though

@bjester Yes, the entire multiselect (Licenses and Formats) component is a Vuetify Select Component
