Describe password requirements on account creation page
Desired behavior
It would be helpful for users to know what the password requirements are prior to inputting a password.
Current behavior
We recently implemented a basic length requirement for passwords that only shows the validation error after the user has entered text and moved on to the password validation.
Value add
Makes password requirements clear to users at the start of the process and reduces headaches and confusion
I would like to work on this issue as this is an extension to the issue #4142
@cerdo03 Before this is ready for development, we need to consult our design team regarding how we want to display this since we don't have a precedent for it.
