Missing overflow menu on page resize or reload in Coach quiz section tabs

Observed behavior

When I resize or reload the Coach page with quiz section tabs, I don't see overflow "..." menu.

User-facing consequences

Cannot navigate to overflown sections.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Coach > Quizzes
2. Create or edit a quiz
3. Add several sections
4. Resize and reload the page

Hello, I want to clarify that, it is mentioned "the issue is not open for contribution" and also for almost all others issues. Should we start to solve them or reserved for a program or internal contribution?

@pcenov or @radinamatic -- did either of you run into this when testing recently? I guess it is specific to page resizing, not initial load. So maybe on tablet devices the same issue isn't appaearing, because it isn't resizing

On the top of my head, I can't remember I did, but will try to replicate! 👍🏽

I saw it on initial load too, but it only happens sometime - there's probably some async logic affecting it. Perhaps adding a watcher for window size and running the calculations would help with both resize and initial load.
