Update "Section Settings" Side panel UI

Overview

As part of the iterative refactor of quizzes, we have more "settings" options. To reduce confusion, the sections setting UI should be slightly updated with text and layout to make clear the distinction between the settings that allow the user to customize the quiz section, vs. the settings of the "selection mode" that they are currently in.

New version

  • [ ] Update overall spacing and alignment, and size/placement of UI elements to match with Figma
  • [ ] Update header text

This issue is not available. You're welcome to find an unassigned 'help wanted' issue instead. There aren't many available issues right now so it's best to wait and keep an eye on the list.
