fix bookmarks not fetching when changed

Observed behavior

In Lesson resource selection, the bookmarks are not re-fetched when the user updates the bookmarked status of content while navigating the content tree.

For example:

• Have bookmarks selected (ie, do it in Learn Library)
• Go to Lesson resource selection (lessonstemp) - and Manage Resources
• Click into the bookmarks list and un-bookmark one of the resources.
• Go back to the root side panel, see that the count has not changed.
• Open the bookmarks again, see your bookmarks list is the item you un-bookmarked there
• Also, the count does not reflect your change

This occurs when you bookmark an item (added in #13060 so you may not be able to test this until that merges)

Expected behavior

The UI should reflect the user's bookmarks' state properly as they make changes.
