Add a new message when schedule sync task is updated.

Observed behavior

Even if we have updated the scheduled tasks, we are still notified as "Sync schedule added." However, it would be good to add "Sync schedule updated." or "Sync schedule edited" whenever the task is updated. This change would provide more meaningful information to the users and accurately reflect the action taken. Users will better understand that their existing sync task has been modified rather than assuming a new schedule has been added.
