Scrolling not possible in HTML5 apps on older IOS versions

Observed behavior

It is not possible to scroll on older IOS devices in an HTML5 App.

I tried these versions.

• Ipad Mini 2 - 12.5.5
• Ipad - 10.3.3
• Ipad - 9.3.5

They work very well with almost every other aspect of Kolibri.

Being able to scroll in HTML5 versions also will make it possible to use older devices with Kolibri - and making it easier to find devices in rural places. …
