link to color definition from color block

The DocsColorBlock component has a boolean definition property, which is intended to be:

  • true when the color block is being used on the "Color" page and is the canonical "definition" which gets linked to.
  • false when the color block is being used as an example or illustration

Setting definition to false should cross-link to the actual definition in the colors page.
