Add compressed videos to syncthing

The newest version of Bittorrent sync is incompatible with older versions, so anyone downloading the newest one won't be able to download our videos. Joshua Pritkin kindly pointed us to a new potential syncing software called Syncthing, so it might be good to look at and sync our videos through that.

We had a discussion on using Syncthing in #33. Suggesting to close this issue until some day Syncthing has these rather crucial missing features relevant to the KA lite case..

Okay, just to be clear then: We need to settle the decision of whether Syncthing can actually be used before implementing it :) Maybe some of the couple of months old discussion can be rebutted by someone with good Syncthing knowledge...
