Links etcetra showing up in Exam mode for student.

Branch : nalanda rct3 current behaviour : When a student is logged in he can see the links to all other pages also expected behavious : There should only be a logout button visible

steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Kalite server
  2. Click on Login from nav bar. Login with valid credentials for admin
  3. Goto -> Tests -> Enable Exam mode for Grade III - Unit Test 1. Logout.
  4. Login as student. U'll see a begin test button and all other links also.

Essentially a duplicate of https://github.com/learningequality/ka-lite/issues/2448

Will close that one, because this one is more general -- essentially the idea here, is when a student is in exam mode, they can't do anything else, so don't show them any other options. Great UX point, but not critical because they get the point when clicking anywhere redirects them.

Since this is unsolved yet and there ain't any PR for this. @anuragkanungo can I take this as my first issue?(If yes, any suggestions where I should start)

@manipalsingh013 This is for a branch that is not mainline KA Lite, so probably not a good place to start.
