Same issue on 0.5.1. Can work around this by downgrading to 0.4.3 on Windows 11.

I think window_manager version 0.5.0 must have changed to use Color.a instead of Color.alpha. However Color.a didn't get added to flutter until about version 3.27.0 (or newer). Color.withValues() was added at the same time.
