can't get capture data

yesterday and before it works fine on windows11，but today i can't get cature data，And I tested it on another Win7 device，it works，i didn't change any settings，I found some differences in usage compared to before，it seems it will call System Capture twice，i don't why this is happening

Hello, I've similar problem for Windows : it works on Win10 but does not work on Win11 :-/

It because of the snipping tool if we uninstall screenshot will work is there any solution
