iOS update install guide with Test plan
Steps to reproduce
Current installation guide shows the old way of UI tests. Nowadays Test Plan is default in Xcode.
Actual results
The installation guide for iOS is outdated and shows different UI which may be confusing.

For Xcode 16.4 and Flutter 3.32.5 the guide is up to date. Test plans are not yet used by default. Keeping the issue as a tracker for the future
