Clean up invalid references and links

Good morning @leamas, I am a bit baffled that your awesome reposository has not been maintained in quite a while. A few minutes ago, I've re-read your README in order to find out if there exists a solution for the still extremely annoying error libgcrypt.so.11: version 'GCRYPT_1.2' not found (already listed and not being cared of in https://github.com/leamas/spotify-make/issues/40). But as it seems, no solution is available yet - or am I wrong here?

Please re-check the README of your project and remove or update all dead links. Thank you for also digging through the open Issues and see if you can fix spotify-make with the provided information.
