Run Leaf UIs through PHP templates

Currently, Leaf UIs are built using the mini templating engine, which puts too much stress on the engine which has to manually parse everything on it's own instead of just allowing PHP do its magic.

The downside here is that PHP functions behave weird, as well as conditionals and stuff like that
