Torches can be pulled

Issue description

When a torch is placed on the side of a block, It can be pulled on, as if it were made of metal. This is not the case for torches placed on the tops of blocks

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a torch on the side of a block
2. activate allomantic Iron
3. Pull on the torch.

0.7.101
