Tools and Armor Addon Mod (Metalmind Compatible)

There's been a few requests for armor and tools that are made from cosmere metals.

• [ ] A new addon mod
• [ ] Each cosmere metal has its own armor pieces
• [ ] Each cosmere metal has the full suite of tools and sword
• [ ] Each cosmere metal has an AIOT (decide if neccessary?)
• [ ] Each one of these new items are also compatible with the metalmind system.

We should also bring the vanilla armor and tools up to parity,

• [ ] granting vanilla tools/armor the ability to be a metalmind too.
