Not saving output device selection

Since I've been forced to use VirtualMidisynth because the Windows soundfont stopped working, I have to go into the options to select the output device every time the page is refreshed.

It isn't saving the option even when I'm logged in.

Any ideas?

The same here. At least now I know it can be related to a stopped Windows soundfont. I am not a programmer, and a solution is very welcome,
