Hidden note bug

When playing in chromatic mode with 3 notes set (probably happens with more as well), it will sometimes chose a note and an accidental version of that note, and put them on the same line/space on the staff, making it impossible to see the note underneath.

Example 3 note selection: D, A, A#

The A and A# will both be in the same space, so you will only see D and A#, and you won't be able to proceed until you figure out that the A# is hiding an A underneath it and you must play that as well.

In a specific key I imagine this would never happen because you wouldn't have A and A#, you might have A and Bb, but in chromatic mode this happens frequently and makes playing impossible.

Should be an easy fix.
