Alto clef?

Hi! I'd love to use sightreading.training for alto clef. Is there any chance you'd consider adding support for it in future releases?

(Unrelated: I've been trying to build and run the app myself and I'm having a doozy of a time. Would also love a "developing" section in the readme in the next release, too!)
