In scroll mode, hitting a note late should count as a miss, not a hit.

Right now, in scroll mode, you can input as slowly as you want and still get all hits. If you hit a note when it's past the green area, that should advance to the next note, but it should count as a miss, because you hit the note too late. This would help accurately score and garner improvement in scrolling mode.
