In moon.moon flags are being registered as options with argparse instead of as flags

Run moon -v I found it hard to believe that this has not been reported yet!?!

hello i'm the person who moved it over to argparse

to be completely honest, i got it working, said "good enough", and PR'd

i can work on fixing this up soon(tm).
