Both DOS and UNIX style line endings issue on Theme Check WordPress Plugin

Hi, I am using your plugin in my custom wordpress theme. But when i check my theme by using ThemeCheck plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-check/

I got the following errors:

WARNING: Both DOS and UNIX style line endings were found in the file custom-theme-color.css. This causes a problem with SVN repositories and must be corrected before the theme can be accepted. Please change the file to use only one style of line endings.

WARNING: Both DOS and UNIX style line endings were found in the file Less.php. This causes a problem with SVN repositories and must be corrected before the theme can be accepted. Please change the file to use only one style of line endings.

Please help me regarding this issue.
