Fix 'lapis help new' typoes

Fixes #800 in the three places it occurs. ^^

Strange that fixing a typo in a Markdown file could appear to cause an unrelated file to fail to build.

Apparently the failed checks are caused by https://github.com/luarocks/luarocks/issues/1797 which was recently fixed. I can't figure out how to make it re-run the checks.
