Visual and UX design
Post screenshots of other downloading apps (game or non-game related) for ideas and inspiration in the comments please #1 brought some visual updates to what's already coded, but I figure some thought should go into designing the various dialogs both visually and how the user interacts with them. Here are the following views that are planned (so far) and the corresponding page on the site.

Each one of these doesn't necessarily have to be a separate screen but should minimally be incorporated somehow.

This is what it looks like on my computer:
The truncated text is problematic, but maybe including the font will fix that.
I also noticed on windows that the 90 degree rotated text was very aliased an hard to read
What do you think about this for the login dialog:
I'm a little worried though because based on my experience implementing a design in qt is tough due to lack of experience.

I like the login idea very much. Will make it tomorrow or the day after. After so many days working with the Qt designer, it finally gave up and it's doing what i ask.
Yeah. Using Lato for the font would make the text more slim and fit the space better.
I also will check up on some anti-aliasing for the vertical text.
